Transfer Learning
Transfer learning is a machine learning technique where a model trained on one task is used as a starting point for another related task. In other words, transfer learning allows us to reuse the knowledge gained from one task to improve the performance on a different task. This approach can save time and resources while improving the accuracy of the model on the target task.

For example, a pre-trained model that was trained on a large dataset of images for object recognition can be fine-tuned on a smaller dataset of images to recognize specific objects.
In both approaches, the pre-trained model acts as a starting point, allowing the new model to learn more efficiently and effectively than it would have otherwise. By reusing the pre-trained model, the new model can be trained more quickly and with less data, making it more accessible for smaller teams or companies with limited resources.
There are several pre-trained models available for different tasks, and many are open-source and freely available for use. For example, BERT is a pre-trained model for natural language processing tasks such as text classification and question answering. ResNet is a pre-trained model for computer vision tasks such as object recognition.
