According to the Sarin and O’Connor (2009) article, certain team leader styles have a strong influence on internal team dynamics.

Please identify and describe at least 4 team leader styles.

What team leader style do you prefer and why?

What team leader style do you want to possess? What will you do to develop that style?

Part 2:

DeRue, Barnes, and Morgeson (2010) found that team leadership style effectiveness depended on the level of charisma exhibited by the leader.

Please define charisma.

Please identify and describe a charismatic leader you have worked for or worked with. What did she or he do that was charismatic?
