My company is a company that runs online distance education. Although our company’s main operation method is the dissemination and sharing of knowledge through the Internet, we have offices in the company’s headquarters in Shanghai, China, and have different departmental settings.

The Table below is the organisation of our company and the structure of the relevant personnel position.

It is also worth mentioning that our company’s four departments have a separate management team. The first is that the management team that manages day-to-day operations belongs to the operations department.

This is an indispensable management team for the company’s development. The operations management team is a comprehensive management executive, including operations director, product manager, sales manager and customer service manager.

Then, the human resources management team belongs to the human resources department, including the human resources director, recruitment manager, compensation manager and performance manager.

In addition, there is a financial management team belonging to the financial department, including the chief financial officer, accountant and cashier. Finally, the technical management team belongs to the technical department, including the technical director and the corresponding technical personnel.

• Create stander for the operation and work performance
• Following and supporting the staff
• Create rules and regulations
• Observing and controlling inventory
• Communicating with regulators
• Purchasing control
• Build a great relationship with customers and vendors

While for the Sous Chef will be my right hand and he is the person that going to cover my shortages in addition he’s will be responsible on:

• Create new menu options
• Preparation and planning meal design
• Control the operation and distribution of tasks
• Train new staff
• Responsible for kitchen orders

Comis Chefs will play a significant rule in achieving customer satisfaction because, they will give the first impression to the customers, also they will be responsible on:

• Responsible for basic preparation work
• Clean and organised their section after work
• Food preparation

Fast Burger is a new name in the Jordanian food industry will be in Jordan, Amman, specialised in producing high quality of burger sandwiches with affordable prices. In addition, we will create other sandwiches from our invention.

Our bread will be fresh baked “in front of the customers” and we will add some colours to our bread “with taking in consideration specifications and standards” in order to get the children’s attention as part of our plan.

In order to get success in this business we create our own plan based on our experience and the market requirements such as:

All of those factors will help Fast Burger to spread very fast in the restaurant industry in Jordan in addition to gain the customers’ trust and meet the market needs. Fast burger will be open 7 days a week we will offer branch, launch, and dinner with availability for delivery service. We will choose our locations very carefully based on:

• Easy and safe locations
• No competitors near to us
• Community size

Location is one of the most important factors we should take in consideration because, it’s the primary source for our customers. Choosing the right location will attract our customers and will make us the first choice for them to get their meal.

This company will have the necessary personnel for the development of the business, so it will be necessary to cover the most important areas such as finance, marketing, technology, sales and customers, and without neglecting the legal part because it is very important to have this highly controlled area.

This equipment will help the initial entry into the Chilean market, because the necessary areas are covered so that it can be carried out, however, thinking in the long term, the equipment should be increased assuming a considerable increase in the sales to overtime, so areas such as human resources or some others that could help the development of this could be covered.
